SpiWaRePlu Salad with Curried EVOO Raspberry Jam Dressing

Spinach Walnut Red Pepper & Plum Salad with a Curried Extra Virgin Olive Oil Raspberry Jam Dressing.


1 Handful of Spinach
1 Plum
1 Red Pepper
1/2 Cup Walnuts

1/4 Tsp Curry Spice
1Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1Tsp Raspberry Jam

Dice up spinach, plum and red peppers into bit size pieces.

Use the flat knife to crush the whole walnuts.

Toss in bowl.

Mix curry spice with the EVOO in a separate dish and add the raspberry jam.

Heat in microwave or on stove until dressing is runny and drizzleable.

Serve and chow down.

You could also squeeze a lemon overtop or add 1/4tsp of coriander spice.
1/4Tsp Salt

Prefered complimentary beverage to wash down:
1) Glass Of Lemonade
2) African Red Bush Tea (Red Tea)
